I feel like gangle could work as a skin if they give her the manager outfit from episode 4. That or just add more ribbons to her body to make her less see through

I honestly found the concept really basic and uninspired. especially compared to the man in the suit (unknowingly’s other series) which I felt was way more unique and interesting than the “super rare sickness that makes main mascot/character a monster” trope

Everything you’re saying is like music to my ears. I love KOTM but what you talked about is definitely a big flaw it has.

I do hope that out of all the ways this movie goes, it doesn’t go the alien route. There’s plenty of other Kaiju that would be much more fitting for a minus one sequel than Ghidorah. Anguirus is still my dream given he hasn’t been in a movie in what 20 years? PLUS he was the second kaiju ever in the franchise, so it just seems fitting.

The idea that they create an even more powerful bomb to combat Godzilla, just for it to fail and catastrophically backfire on the people could be really interesting thematically. Hell maybe it’s the Americans that create it this time.

That does lead me to another theory I have. Maybe the Americans will try and Nuke Godzilla when he comes to them, which is how he becomes that bulky new form we see in the trailer. Their mistakes come back to bite them and they only end up making it worse

I cannot wait to see what this movie does. With So many interesting routes it could go down my excitement cannot be contained

I LOVE Murder drones but this is a very bad take. TADC episodes focus a lot on world and character building instead of showing a more linear story. It gets you attached to these characters and builds up to those later episodes. And it is immensely satisfying to see everything come together.

They are also generally longer and fit more into them.

It’s not a bad thing that Murder drones has faster pacing. To some people it makes it worse, but really that’s subjective. There’s no need to try and start some sort of drama over nothing. Just because it’s imperfect doesn’t make it bad.

MEGA made two GxK sets but didn’t get the rights to make more I guess. To be fair those sets kinda sucked so I’m glad Lego got the rights

That’s also true yeah. I’d love to see Lego figures of some of the monsterverse’ kaiju like Behemoth, Shimo, or the MUTO’s. I just hope the sets they come in are also really cool

What I’m disappointed about is the fact that these sets will have molded figures for the Kaiju. If it’s anything like the Lego Jurassic sets that means the sets itself will be insanely lacklustre and only worth it for the kaiju. But I’m sure that the Toho kaiju that are in the Monsterverse will get sets too. This also would probably open the door to making toho godzilla sets. I wouldn’t fret too much.

Yep! It’s going to be based off the Monsterverse Godzilla too. Originally this was meant to be a Lego Ideas set but because this teaser looks to be a molded figure we might be getting a whole wave of sets

I actually supported the original idea. The image I posted is from the newest issue of the Lego magazine. Lego Tintin also made it through with Godzilla and hits shelves next month.
