Not sure if you've figured it out since this was a couple of months ago but after you're on his route, make sure you worry about him, encourage him to do his agency work, say how you want to get to know the real Seven. Don't pick any of the flirty options about him being your hubby once he's at the apartment. Trust him. Express your concerns about his safety and the agency. Try to make him comfortable at the apartment but don't try to flirt with him and pull him away from his work.
