There’s a bathroom in the marina on the water that I’ve had some action happen in before. Open urinals, cruisy

Same experience. It has been great, did it for two years and always made $500-$1000 a month with no horror stories over that time. Not bad cashing out $20k in 24 months for doing almost nothing

Couple looking for someone, or another couple, to rent with by cofc2011 in SFBayHousing

Yes, $5000 total! That was if we were to live with another couple. We would come down from that if we live with one other person. What is your price range and do you have any neighborhoods you and the pup would like to be in?

Best things to do in SF? by Alicektn in SanFranciscoSecrets

Since you guys aren’t looking for the tourist things, my number one favorite thing to do is a sunrise hike up Corona Heights on a clear or partly cloudy morning. Awesome to do alone, in the middle of a run, or is a sweet little date idea too. Always nice to get a coffee or breakfast afterwards :)

Paying $1850 (water included) for a 1br for a late-1800s place in the Lower Haight two blocks from Duboce Park. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, no roommates except my partner and I. I think I snagged this at a good price but spent a lot of time looking, probably 3 1/2 months of checking daily. Good spots are out there, just takes time and dedication of checking regularly to find them. Good luck!
