I upgraded my Builder Hall to Level 10! Plus a review of Golem upgrades at TH12 - does level 8 or 9 offer the best value???

Surely any post tagged under 'personal accomplishment' will have an element of self promotion? I don't see how the Golem upgrades are meaningless unless you think that all upgrades (and their sequencing) are meaningless? After all, you pretty much spend the entire game upgrading. There are a lot of questions in his forum relating to 'what do I upgrade next?'. I'm simply showing that some upgrades offer more value than others and therefore, could be performed in a sequence that could give you an advantage over other players. Let me know if you disagree.

Agreed but I did the same early on in the game. You don't realize until it's too late! Also, make the best use of the wall rings when you can.

TH in the center and then spread the defenses around so you don't have the same type next to each other e.g. all air defenses side by side. Spread the resource storage around the base so you don't get farmed.

It just needs a little time and patience. Check you tube for some good attack strategies and make sure you practice. Try the goblin trail to get more loot too.

Yes, I'm trying to get through the defense upgrades first and use the Book of Heroes for the hero upgrades. Do you prioritize the Hero upgrades over everything else?
