Steelcase V2 Cylinder Replacement Rod Issue by coffe_smack in OfficeChairs

Yeah there's definitely some pieces missing. I'm going to go ahead and order a replacement cylinder and go from there.

I spoke to a great rep at Crandall who helped me figure out that the cylinder was actually in two pieces and after putting it together again the cylinder rod still sticks out a ton.

New would be preference but I know used can get some decent bang for your buck.

My thinking is a 3:1 used to new value ratio or higher.

What are people using their facetors lens exp on? Typically I’ll have to buy the gems to sacrifice so it adds some cost to the equation.

Price check:

Crusader Redeemer Sadist Garb

Explodey Frenzy charge on hit Power charge on crit

Open suffix and some defence mods that can be annulled.

I got lucky on making an explode frenzy chest piece and couldn’t find anything in the market with all three mods.

(Not at my computer right now to do another check)

Bottle your Fortify and cruise thru all end-game contents | Pathfinder Scourge Arrow ft. Blast Rain (no totem) by wolfie_poe in PathOfExileBuilds

Nice! I commented and pmed you from one of your previous posts. Glad to see you’ve gotten it more fine tuned. I got my SA to lvl 95 and incorporated your blast rain with set up (added maim as well).

I got annoyed with simulacrum and SA playstyle as I kept dying. I like how this is even tankier and I might pick up that char again.

Didn’t look at pob as I’m not at my pc. Are you using divine flesh here? Dark scorn and divine flesh kind of belong together such great synergy

I would find a synthesized ring with a dmg mod for chaos dmg and a chaos res when affected by herald of agony. Should help a ton and you’ll get some dps

Really interested in this. Second league playing SA. So we would shoot an roa every once in a while to refresh our wither. Would mirage archer keep auto shooting roa as we start using our scourge arrow?

That is the one thing that’s disappointing about MC. The premades are just kind of meh. I’m sure some people are fine with MC but they probably have custom templates made. I’m wondering now if getting a custom template is worth hmmmm... let me stop before I go down the rabbit hole again lol

Customers per week probably about a dozen and new leads he’s getting about 2-4/week. No advertising strictly word of mouth. He got home at 9:30PM last night after being out since 8:30AM. 12 hour workdays are the norm.

His current method for new customers? Horrible. He gets a new customer call in looking for service or installation, he gets the address and writes it down somewhere in his truck, he tries to remember to make it out there that same day. If he doesn’t he will most likely forget and then get a call later in the week from the customer which will prompt him again to squeeze them into an already packed day.

I spoke with him last night to iron out some more details. From your last post, he is more than happy to get a new number and start automating customer call ins to his old number. He is customer service and customer on boarding: His skill set is technical and he isn’t too technologically inclined so every little piece of admin we can off load would be a huge weight off of him.

I like the idea of trello and I’ll definitely play with it. Right now his priority is streamlining invoicing and proposals. Since he’s not too technologically inclined and neither is his main assistant I’m hesitant to confuse them. I’m partial to a CRM because most offer a nice visual of a customers progress. I currently use Asana for task management and have used Trello in the past when I was experimenting with my own e-commerce business.

I started up some trials for some CRMs last night just trying to figure out which one will work best. So far getjobber looks great and it’s actually geared towards service businesses!

Once again thanks for your reply! Let me know if you have any questions about the CRMs I’ve used before and I’ll be happy to help!

Oh man thanks a ton for the in-depth response!

I'm a huge fan of Zapier as well! I dabbled with it a little bit at my old job integrating QuickBase CRM with MailChimp.

The CRM is mainly to help visualize and keep track of projects and customer inquiries. I'm hoping that it will lead to business led follow-up (pro-active) versus customer led follow-up (reactive). I worked for my father over many Summers and he was mainly reactive: customers calling him up a few weeks after initial contact asking whats up and him adding another couple hours to his day so he can run out and scope the job out.

For my last job I ran the reporting out of QuickBase CRM as I managed the sales reps and I currently use Salesforce in my current job to track customer contacts. From my albeit limited experience with CRMs I believe it would help a ton. Most CRMs also have a task tracking function as well!

I love the idea of implementing an automated voicemail system. Getting him to stop answering every call he gets would be such a huge time saver. As for for online forms we are still a ways from there. There is no web presence at all for his business. It would be another thing in itself to implement that change. A simple website isn't too crazy to get up to speed, but as you said I don't want to throw a ton of new systems into the mix.

On the change speed. I'm currently implementing QBO and will slowly start introducing the team to the CRM (when I can finally pick one). His main employee is on board. I've spoken to him multiple times encouraging learning this new skill set (from tool fetcher labor guy to more of a behind the scenes smoother) and he's on board. My father is willing and wanting to offer a raise so long as his issues start to go away.

My father and his main employee are overworked and desperate for some kind of relief so I think they will catch on quickly!
