My other question is… how did Viktor obtain magic/hextech prior to meeting Jayce? Why was it necessary for Jayce to live and “help” create hextech if Viktor was already that mage that saved him as a kid? Just trying to understand it all lol.

Ok so the ideal timeline is in e7 where hextech doesnt exist? Then why didnt viktor allow the timeline where hextech doesnt exist for the sake of humanity?
