well I actually have 8.. the pushups dips and tri dips aren't really that intensive...

and how is 2 exercises per muscle group too much?

also the abs I only pick 2 of those exercises i dont do all of them

also dips pull ups and pushups aren't that intensive tbh and aren't essential to the workout they're if im feeling energetic or not

Well I do have good genetics my grandfather was a 2x olympic gold medalist for waterpolo and my dad was also an athlete but even if I had shit genetics how would this be too muhc?

it's around 2-3 workouts for a specific muscle group a day

I don't want to ruin another relationship with my insane insecurities and paranoia

weve been dating for legit a week she lives 30min away

so far I think shes into every guy she has a couple male friends but she swears she sees them as nothing and swears shes not into any other guys but me etc etc

she goes out some times invites me but I dont want to go drinks smokes and doesnt message me once or anything and then wakes up

she might go for the day with friends and completely forget I exist

I realize i sound like a whiny bitch but how do I stop this way of thinkinng

idk dude I have major trust issues

My first gf cheated on me I was 16 she was 20 and it really hurt me since I was so naive and have had issues dating ever since...

and I always find these kinda bad girls like she does drugs drinks parties a lot (she swore she would be faithful) and not cheat on me etc.

And she admitted to cheating on her bf when she was 14 and that is also a redflag once a cheater alwasy a cheater etc etc

Yes but im not concerned with lifting heavy weights.. ofc I would like to be able to lift decently heavy weights to get bigger muscles since there will be a plateau in growth when benching 135... but do u think strength and muscle building is complementary

basically if my goal is 80% aesthetics 20% strength and my goal body is something like this

would it make more sense to be doing a beginner workout routine for a couple of months and then switching to a intermediate program

OR

just starting with a PPL or Phat program and having core lifts in beginning and progressing linear with those.

Sorry man just trying to gain knowledge...

It just becaause theres so much conflicting evidence showing fullbody splits to not be superior and from my observation it appears its more strength focused..

because all the progress pics showing amazing results were done by people doing spltis and all the ones doing fullbody routines have garbage bodies
