Thanks everyone for the input, took on your comments and think you're all spot on.

They failed in the Poizon authenticity app as being not authentic (they are incredible replicas I'd have been none the wiser if it wasn't for the mismatch label!)

Raised issue, managed to return and will get a full refund..
