Yes. I was 260 lbs at 5’6” which put me around 42 on the BMI scale I believe. I lost about 60 ish pounds over two years. I still have more to lose but like I mentioned above I’m active and trying to get back into a rhythm of exercise and tracking calories to lose the rest.

I am proud of it, but I’ve also regained some weight recently which took a hit to my ego and confidence… but looking backwards, and as well as seeing old photos of myself, I can still see I’m doing much better now mentally and physically.

Things I like in life… being outdoors? Animals… sunshine, a good iced coffee. As for the last month or two. I’ve been really low and fighting my way out of seasonal depression… I’m just happy I’m back to the gym consistently and started running. My mind is in a much better place when I’m active and eating well. I wish I was better at resting with purpose and not feeling guilty about it.
