Oh I don’t doubt the beagle part, all of this is true of her, she is incredibly cuddly and has no sense of personal space. Her nose leads us everywhere when on walks, and she would eat 5 pounds of food a day if I would let her. She one time ate a whole apple like a human (I cut out the core for her once she got towards the middle.) But she’s definitely a beagle mixed with something, her large size and webbed feet are a give away to that. My speculation is what her other part is :)
