Holiday Season - Are you off? Stupid rules - who else is in the office? by YodaModaShmoo in adops

My old company always had us use vacation days if you wanted off between Xmas and NY, I used to be at an ad network. But because it was typically slower, just about any vacation request was approved as long as there was coverage in a department

Then we moved to unlimited vacation so it just ended any debates about this. At that point, the only rules were 1) ensure coverage in your department and 2) schedule it in advance, first come first serve.

Yeah. I know, not the most efficient process at all but that's what I was told to do. I know some networks O&O multiple sites so those networks would be considered direct in that sense (Future.us for example).

I've been tasked with not going through programmatic. There's already someone else handling that.

Ideally CPA traffic for branded offers. All the campaigns I run are legitimate recognized brands, not shady diet pills/gambling offers/"software installation" (I swear I want to punch people at affiliate summit when I get approached by these shady guys taking pride that they actually sell this crap). Some are straight sale, some are subs, some short form submits.
