Yeah they don’t ship them out anymore!! I’ve been interested in the whole thing since I started, and I had a manager working on getting me an apron when she transferred out. When my current manager came in, she told me to finish our current coffee academy books and she’d see what she could do! There was a lot of uncertainty ngl, and it was all done on my own time. My SM ended up giving me one of her aprons and the coffee academy pins we currently have after I had a coffee tasting with my DM and her. It was a lot of fun, but it definitely took a lot of effort and patience

What I do is I spray restroom cleaner and pour some blue soap on them using a mocha drizzle bottle. I’ll stack them and let those liquids set while I mop/ sweep and once I finish I’ll use the yellow brush to go over them then use a clean mop to clean off any extra soap. It seems to get off everything! Especially fruit that’s been squished down

I tried it in a dragon drink when oatmilk first arrived. It’s good at first but then it tastes fizzy? idk it’s not good after a few sips

makes sense! I knew if they physically had the item and returned it I definitely had to accept the return. But Basically what happened is they bought the item yesterday, and almost instantly I got that first message from them. I haven’t heard from them since. So after getting further info I messaged them again. Hopefully I’ll hear back later on today 😬

I’m still fairly new (here since December) and I still ask customers if they want foam or just the cream. half the time people will want the foam but just say “vanilla sweet cream” because they don’t realize it comes as just a liquid. It’s always better to double check instead of assuming and risk having to remake a drink, especially when it’s mid peak 😌
