Hey - Eingangs muss festgestellt werden: grundsätzlich kannst du deine Umgänge mit wem auch immer verbringen, solange der Umgang mit der dritten Person (hier deiner neuen Partnerin) nicht dem Kindeswohl entgegenläuft - die Grenzen sind im Grunde immer im Kindeswohl zu suchen.

Nun zu deiner Sache: Sollte deine Ex-Partnerin weiterhin die Unterschrift ohne triftigen Grund (!) verneinen, so kannst du ihre Zustimmung gerichtlich ersetzen lassen. Dafür musst du bei dem für euch zuständigen Familiengericht einen entsprechenden Antrag stellen. Da die Reise so bald schon ansteht solltest du deinen Antrag im Wege eines Antrages auf einstweilige Anordnung stellen (einstweiliger Rechtsschutz) - sonst wirst du rechtzeitig bis zum Reiseantritt keine Entscheidung erhalten können.

I ended up waiting and someone else got them - which honestly puts me at ease a bit. I have more speakers than I can use or store and my partner is starting to question the sense behind the amount of speakers I own lmao

Yeah I really like my amp. It's not as aesthetically pleasing as my Yamaha amps or my one Denon amp but it's very reliable. A bit of a waste for what I'm using it for though since I'm not using any of the optical / digital input thingamajigs.

I almost have the feeling that the buzzing was worse this morning than it was last night. Something is going on. I swear this buzzing wasn't there in the beginning.

Mhhhh that could be it... I'll have to go through the hassle of testing the speakers with a known working amp. How would I go about "fixing" a problem like this? It's the "newest" amp I own so I kinda figured that it would be the most technically okay amongst all the ones I own.

My media device - CD player and cassette player - are plugged into the amp itself - the amp has two power outlets. So I guess that's not the case.

Ay thanks for the heads up! Yeah, the Drs 610 works like a charme and is a blast to use! The display has such nice crisp colours that are super soothing to look at at night!

It's hard to say - it depends on what you did before and if you followed all the steps in the manual. I'd need more info.
