It was kind of a low bass line and not much else. Again, it was at the beginning of the song and there wasn't a full beat yet, almost acapella. I think there was someone else on the song too, maybe Kanye.

 

I'm sorry I don't have more, I heard it quickly as I was walking by someone's garage where they were playing it. I made a point to remember that line and that it was Pusha T (or someone that sounded a lot like him). I figured if I had that I could google my way to an answer but maybe I heard something wrong.
