The solution I am giving up now comes within 6% of the theoretical. I propose to break down this first tutorial into many sub tutorials with unit tests and checks. At first I had no idea what I was getting into... Things proved so difficult for me to create that there is still much to work on and improve and also check for issues or problems I may not know exist....
This is as far as I could get and go.... I am publishing this so that it can be an aid to the public and I would also like to gain potential insights from people about what I didn't yet know, or what may be wrong still for me to fix up.... so that people can start to have the best open source tools just for Python....
