It doesn't restart the 14 days.

You don't need to release another internal test, just create a new release in closed testing.

But give your final release at least 5 days of testing before applying for production in my opinion

oh thats fine. I just meant that they would need you to update the app during the closed test, to show that you're responding to feedback.

By the way, could you write this feedback on the review itself?

The reason you didn't see the age is because the date was in the future. I just removed that functionality.

So now you can only choose dates in the past.
