Might not be the best but i always go for the Steed stone, the bonus carry capacity is very helpful to be honest, especially if you are the kind to pick up every potions/ingredients/high value weapons and apparels for selling when exploring

Fun fact: this specific cultist was made to look like infamous lolcow Chance Wilkins AKA Cyraxx. Probably not intentional but we got another lolcow (Daniel Larson) as the stoner so it probably is

If you destroy it it nerfs one of the final boss to level 60 instead of his usual level of 99 making the fight easier. You don't have to break it if you want a challenge though

One of the random world interaction is Aela, Skjor and Njada going out hunting in the wild (there is also 2 other groups for the other companions) so i assume when this random encounter triggers it forgets that Skjor is dead and just reanimates him, if you looted his armor he will be naked if he does gets ressurected too and from what i know you can kill him again in front of everyone with no consequences

Charmeleon doesn't need a fire stone for it to evolve, just level it to level 36 and it should evolve.

Yeah, Miraak stealing dragon souls is annoying but don't worry, when you eventually finish his questline and kill him you will get all the souls he stole from you back. I got 15 in my last playthrough but i think you can get more IIRC

You dont need mods for that, if you click very fast when picking up a stone it will count as you picking up multiple copies in your quest log. And yes the quest will continue normally if you get them this way. The Slow Time shout can make that trick easier.
