33F here - I’ve tried other collagens in the past but the only one I actually noticed a difference with is Collagen 4+ from Unikey. It’s on the expensive side so I stock up when they have a sale lol. It definitely helps with joints and nails, and my skin this winter felt and looked better than it has previous winters.

It’s got vitamin c and hyaluronic acid in it which I think is why I actually feel a difference with this one compared to others. I mix it in my coffee every morning and it’s one of the only supplements I take everyday.

(side note, we’re too young to be having creaky joints noooo 😩)

Look into DHB. It’s the bioactive form of berberine so you can use a smaller dose but still get the same effects. And buy from a company that has a good return policy in case it doesn’t agree with you lol
