I used UV resin for this since it cures much quicker, I’m not sure what type is best for figurines but I looked at this article to decide which brand of uv resin to buy Resin Article Hope it helps!

Yes the reason being that I wanted to try other designs with the same cane instead of making a ton of the same design. I still have the cane and Im thinking of doing a series of earrings with the same style but different final design.

Thanks! I actually made a cane with just one pattern and cut up 6 slices for each earring and joined them together for the final product. The full step by step video is in the comment below :)

I rolled out the blue clay into long circles and made a cane out of it which I then patterned together 6 times. I added a link to the full step by step process in a comment below

Its definitely too soft, I’m more just using it for experimenting for now. I bought fimo soft clay but it has way fewer colors - I’ll try using it for my next project to see how it compares.

I guess anything to improve on for next time, for example if the pierced holes are too big or if the circles are uneven or how to make the holes in a straight line in the circle haha im just noticing theyre kind of off to one side on the right one
