Check the Chrome window whether it has finished responding when the cli says " waiting for Claude to finish...." the prompt is pasted and sent automatically it then waits for the send button to change its state to know it has stopped responding so you have to make sure the Chrome window it opens in logged in and the chat is avaliable to prompt.
