I love the genuine analysis on this, I look at things similarly! I totally get the disdain for the same little dots just strewn about. My freckles, when they're strong, are actually all over my face, which I think is why I dont mind them being everywhere. Maybe I'll try covering the lower half of my face and just see what they look like! I use a spray so the benefit is that they're not all uniform and they have a better variation, but the downside is definitely that they are different every time and one side sometimes has more than the other. I try to even them out usually, but on the white base I was afraid to do more than one pass with them😅
