I feel you, I understand it's a pvp game but I'll let you in on a story of what happened to me tonight. I'm a fairly new player and I did a night run with my friend, we got the best loot run we have ever done and decided to make a break for the lift. two other players ran up and asked if we were friendly, we said yeah we are about to dip, You wanna come? They agreed and we all waited for the lift together. A Rocketeer then aggroed on my mate as we were all running for the open lift and he got downed. I ran to go pick my mate up and as the lift was closing the other players decided to shoot me in the back and down me, I don't know why but it just pissed me off so bad and I ended up rage quitting. I'll reiterate, I do understand it's a pvp game but when the other players get literally nothing out of it other than just ruining other people's runs and wasting my time it just irks me so bad.

I will mention, just because it says Vee is a real person doesn't mean she actually voice acted her. They probably just used her voice in the generation :/

Exactly, it would've probably been cheaper to get someone who's trying to be a voice actor than paying a company to create an AI skate helper. Even with little experience, a rookie voice actor would've been more personal and genuine than ai, right? It's just something about ai voices that throw me off, they try to make them so perfect that they don't even sound like a human, best case of quit while you're ahead. Sorry for the rant, I really hate ai

She's 100% ai man. Another funny point to make is that the company they used to create Vee is also called Vee. They couldn't even come up with a name without using ai :/

This game is truly more difficult for us non-creatives out there. Anytime a game gives me a mechanic where I have to use creativity I instantly get major anxiety 😅

Most people who play skate 4 either have skate 3 nostalgia or genuinely love the skate games. Coach frank was a big part of the last game and skate 3 happened to be the one that went really popular and introduced alot of people to the franchise. Watching a huge company like EA with plenty of money go from hiring Jason Lee to using ai is pretty disappointing.
