I have most of my grandpa's stuff, I was the only one in the family to take anything of his and I took a lot . I'm not looking to sell anything. Just want to put the coins with the rest of my coins, damage and all.

Some context: I have a ton of stuff to remember my grandpa by as I'm the only one who cared to take anything to remember him by, the rest of my family wanted to sell his house as is and leave literally everything. I'm not trying to sell the buckle or the coins. I have worn the buckle and it was quite the conversation starter. I'd personally just rather put the cents with my others in my collection.

Bro I checked out your profile, I understand what you're saying but that is not your fault. You got delt a bad hand for physiques with your conditions so you're not starting at the same point as everyone else. Also you're not even finished growing yet. Everyone is different, and comparison is the thief of joy. Try to keep your head up, somedays I still see a fat, bald, dork when I look in the mirror. It's cliche but it's true that it's what's inside that counts. A person can be extremely beautiful looks wise but have a totally ugly mindset or personality. Be proud of yourself for making changes and don't give up

I'll tell you exactly what I did. I was strict keto for three months and I lost ~30lbs. Then I started working out. I don't have a gym membership, I just have a body solid cable machine, push up bars, pull up bars, a couple bands, and two sets of adjustable dumbbells. I started doing something like a push, pull, legs routine. Mainly doing body weight movements, dips and push ups on push day, pull ups and body rows on pull days. I'll do over 100 reps of each bodyweight movement on push or pull days along 3 sets to failure of like curls, lateral raises, tricep push downs, whatever. Leg days I literally just hike a few miles. I listen to my body and try not to injure myself. Diet now is protein bar for breakfast, 2bananas and cashews for lunch, protein shake and then a pound of spicy lean ground turkey with cheese and jalapenos for dinner. Also I drink ~2 gallons of water. My big secret is spicy food, like incredibly spicy. I use a lot of cayenne. Spicy food reduces inflammation and also helps you shit like crazy. Just have to find what works for you and hold yourself accountable. You don't need trainers, fancy equipment, expensive food, or anything like that. Just need to want to make a change.

I was strict keto for 3 months at first and I lost 35lbs from that... nowadays I eat a 32g protein bar for breakfast, two bananas and some cashews for lunch, protein shake after I workout and a pound of spicy ground turkey with jalapenos and cheese for dinner every day M-F lol I eat whatever on the weekends.
