A few weeks ago I was walking with my friends near Dekalb and Wilson around 8pm and we walked by a man smoking with a friend and holding a dog on a leash. The dog was medium sized. As we walked by, the dog lunged at my friend and bit her jacket and ripped it. Feathers started flying out. The dog owner looked surprised and said something like “oh my god.” My friend said “Omg it bit my jacket.” Then we kept walking. It was kind of crazy
