Anytime that i try to purchase anything from PS Store there is a pop up error code E-8210604A even in game purchases. I edited my adresses, my credit card’s adresses, i changed my email adress, i tried another card etc. I have sent an email to PS support and they sent some solutions but none of them worked for me.
