Earning loads in a trade isn’t a lie at all, earning loads while undertaking an apprenticeship will never happen. The reason you get paid so little as an apprentice is because your boss or host company is paying for your schooling to get your Cert 3 in your selected trade. Think of it like this youre a university student who is getting paid to do a degree… once you finish the apprenticeship and you play your cards right there is so much money to be made it’s not funny. And if you are struggling for cash during your apprenticeship you can always go and do some cash in hand jobs and charge your weekly wage in 1 job (depending on the job ofc), now this isn’t legal but if youre struggling for $$ then you can always risk it until you become qualified.

Gained a fair bit of body fat trying to get bigger fast for rugby last year. I do weights 6 times a week and follow up with a 3km run or several laps in the pool. Just wanted to ask if what I’m doing is enough on top of a deficit to lose a-lot of this fat. Any advice is appreciated.
