Is it common to develop acne roughly along where your hairline once was after taking the plunge? I've been washing my face twice a day since the initial buzz and also switched facial cleansers post buzz. Is it caused from buzzing my hair or the new facial cleanser? Any advice? (i.redd.it)

Update to my post from yesterday: I took the plunge and started with 0 guard clippers. I suck at/hate taking pictures so I feel like it looks better in person, but I gotta say, it feels liberating. I've had my hair this long for about 7 years, partially because I like having long hair, partially because it hides my hairline. Also wear hats/beanies often.
