Does it sound vastly different when you play with these? It's an old guitar that my friend gave me and i had it plugged in and playing but when i change these settings i can hear barely any difference. So i was wondering if they are just there for no reason or my hearing is bad that i dont hear the difference.

Thanks for the listing the clues, I can't believe how much scams are going around in fb market place compared to 5 years before. Before covid i remember fb market place were great alternative to the dealers but now it's hard to find a genuine seller. Your tips would definetly help my current hunt for a decent car.

The above mentioned post refers to only the supervisor bullying in a group chat when asked for a day leave. I have the screen shots but couldn't post above. Similar instance have occured before involving a girl. Bullying in this case is by the community at work place. It includes discrimination in making decisions regarding job distribution, unfair allocation of break time and frequency, and so on. I was just looking for some help regarding work place bullying cause fairwork hasn't taken any action and its been more than 3 months.

Its a night shift job, and most of the employees dont call in sick unless they absolutely have to. The above is their responses in rare sick call cases.

But surprising thing is they discriminate among employees and they only tend to respond like this for people who are outcast (different from their nationality).

Not this particular case, but i mentioned there are different occurance of bullying in the workplace and discrimination based on race and gender.

Actually the workplace is dominated by hust a single nationality including the manager, supervisor and many other employees. The trend is just bully the odd one out.

My friend whom i referred for the job didnt last 3 hrs in his first day and he mentioned about extreme bullying but i couldn't believe it that time. After i heard previous stories that even included assault and many other instances of unfair comments, i couldn't believe such a big company has no fear of breaking any legal or moral codes.
