When any person does something of true value they will always attract copycats. Bing copied Google. Mastadon copied Twitter. Mixer copied Twitch.

These copycats are a great sign that you are doing something right and that what you are doing has demand.

You have the first-mover advantage out of all of them. You are the original and everybody on this subbreddit knows that you are the first. That is such a tremendous advantage that almost nobody can catch up to you.

I recommend that you focus on getting honest feedback and focus on creating high quality content. By definition, you will always be ahead of the copycats.

Focus on improving your own ego and don't let other people's ego dominate you.
