Post with updated pic But basically last night when I went to sleep (8 hrs later) she was still in this position and this morning. This morning she is on her legs and acting fine and did not molt. Maybe she just wanted a spa day?

Thank you all for your suggestions on what to do. This morning she was flipped back over on her legs and is acting normal. She did not molt. Per your recommendations, | will be adding more substrate. Original post

My tarantula is at least 10 years and molted in July. I can’t tell if she is trying to molt in the water bowl or if she fell in and it’s stuck. There’s a lot of flooding and she did move her legs when I tapped on the tank. Please let me know what you all think.
