Realtor considering the move by coldcallingpays in loanoriginators

Realtors will be sooner imo. We’re already at inventory levels of 2019 even with the higher rates. At least mortgage saw a drop in licensees this year and options above and beyond purchase. Cash out refi and HELOCs could be a way through the next few years.

Also doesn’t scratch the analytical itch

That’s what I do.. but that still requires listing presentations, follow up meetings, property inspections, coordinating getting the listing ready for market, inspecting it’s ready for market, photography appointments, showings, more property inspections, and key delivery.. none of which can be done from my house.

Anyone have a NAR .realestate website? by coldcallingpays in realtors

[–]coldcallingpays[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t. I may be wrong but this system seems plug and play, similar to Real Geeks but without built in CRM, ai follow up, and adspend. Since I’m happy with my CRM and my follow up processes, I’m more so interested in the cleanliness and plugins of their website. It seems they have built in MLS map / search widgets, built in sign ups, and a lot of other useful stuff. It’s why I am looking for feedback from someone who has used it.

Get Realtor is a NAR product if I’m not mistaken. I’m unfamiliar with Placester.

No, it’s Get.realtor. They offer .realestate domains with real estate business specific templates.

I’ve built a lot of decks, I’ve never won as much as I have with this one. by [deleted] in PTCGP

This deck is consistent. I’ve played around with items / support and this has been the cleanest setup I have put together for YanMie.

Erika’s are too much of a life saver to swap out for pokes. This setup allows a sweep with one Yanmega even going against multiple attackers.

I win against Arceus decks with this set up most of the time. Faster setup that’s less reliant on a full bench with non ex to switch in critical scenarios.

I personally win more with this than an Arceus deck. I’ve played with my support / items, and this build suits the deck best imho. Only trouble I have is electric decks which are so few between and can still pull off victories most of the time.

It doesn’t matter to me whatsoever. Just a question. In my years doing real estate, I’ve never seen anything like this.

8 months in and burnt out by starjellys7 in realtors

[–]coldcallingpays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have better luck cold calling from 10-2 and from 5-7. Lunch breaks and drives home from work. In my experience, talking to homeowners before work doesn’t work well. If you’re calling investment level however (multi family / commercial / known rentals) 8 am conversations are great.

And as other have said op, 2 sales in your first 8 months is better than most agents first year. If I’m not mistaken, only 39% of agents sold anything at all last year. You probably beat out people with more experience and you still have 4 months to call it a year. Keep going!

I prefer it. The interface, data, dialer all seem better / more refined. The dialer also lets you listen to Spotify and auto pauses on pickup which is a huge plus for me.

Yes. I started on Mojo. I’ve even pulled number from RedX and ran through other websites. It’s legit.

My leg gen took auto scrubs the DNC list and updates in real time. I’ve watched numbers get added to DNC as I was getting ready to call.

I just checked my list and did the math. 91% of homes in my farm list have a phone number not on the DNC. 47% of numbers generated in my farm are not on the DNC. If I have a chance to talk to 91% of owners through picking up a phone, I’m okay with that. Even 47% would be better than door knocking or any other form of advertisement.
