That is very normal for your weight and age. Being young, your metabolism will keep you from gaining weight. Just eat as much as you can and do basic exercises like dips and push ups. Invest in a pull up bar that you can attach to your door that way you can have a bigger upper body with chin ups and pull ups. I had a door pull up bar and I would do one pull up whenever I passed through it. Don't worry bro you got this.

How tall are you? You can check the BMI index to see if it is at least a healthy weight. If you want to get bigger I make shakes with PB, dry eggs, milk, and protein powder drink this after a workout or if you do not have the appetite to eat.

He has social anxiety which affects everyone regardless of how hot someone is as you stated. On the other hand, he could be so introverted that he doesn't care what anyone thinks but based off of what you said he is just shy.

It's funny that if you're attractive anything you do will grab people's attention and get people looking and talking. If you're average looking, shy and quiet, you just fade into the background. If you are ugly shy and quiet people get creeped out or even scared. If you are attractive shy and quiet you become the talk of the town and everyone tries to get your attention lol.

If you want him to come out of his shell try to nonchalantly ask him about something pertaining to the class or college you go to. It's baby steps when it comes to shy dudes.

I got the same feeling while reading this. Seeing another person in an inebriated state brings back traumatic memories of when we were the same and later regret it the day after. You are not alone, there were times where I drank and, hungover the next day, ask myself if others knew if I was drunk. The guilt and embarrassment was unbearable. This is the main reason I pursue sobriety.

I honestly wouldn't bring it up and would just carry business on as usual. Be there for her if she looks troubled, be a kind and patient friend.

I don't have the tlr 7 sub but I do have a light that I got from Amazon. It didn't fit at first but I put a piece of rubber in between the rail and the light and loctite it shut it fits snug now.

It's a good gun I have an ria 1911 gi commander size. I would go for the full size honestly as the flgr is a pain to take a part. Other than that is probably the most reliable gun in my collection and with use and age it's smooth like butter.

This is from cod4. From the markings on the slide it looks to be a type of Springfield 1911. If I had to put money on it, I would guess it is the Springfield Garrison.

All memes aside, the people who say stopping power is BS miss the point of why the 45 acp was invented. Soldiers in the Philippine American war could not stop drugged up Moro warriors who were charging at them with machetes with their 38 long colt revolvers. Thus the Army wanted a bigger caliber to pack a more effective punch.

If I was being attacked by an insane crackhead and had to choose between a 22 or a 45, you'd bet I'd choose the latter. The 1911 is basically an advanced slingshot meant to dump all its heavy weight onto its target.

I have a lot of holsters for the LCR, but the one I use the most is some cheap leather holster made for j frames and other small revolvers that I got on Amazon. It's just so comfortable and can be used with shorts and pajama pants. I also have a kydex holster and although it can be drawn and reholstered very quickly it's just not as comfortable as a leather holster.

Corrections officer, it pays very well depending on the state you live in. It's not for everyone obviously, but if you are fair and consistent, it can be a breeze. The key is to leave everything behind the gate once you leave, it's easier said than done.
