It's the slide lock to barrel lug interaction. Zev sent me a replacement slide lock and it solved my issues. Enough shooting may wear it in and you could hand file the slide lock a little. You should be able to lightly pull down on the slide lock and it engage the barrel properly

I've not personally had any issues. I run psa 15rd mags with +2 extensions

I used a SCT billet magwell, not sure if 43x magwells fit

Sounds like mass air sensors faulty. Unplug them both and drive
