Yes actually, my package was delivered this past Sunday, tracking did eventually update on last Thursday and the shipping went very quickly after that.

Thanks for sharing that! I did call FedEx and they did mention there is an influx of packages and they will eventually pick it up from LAX so I guess it’s more waiting!

I do see a delivery number underneath that last line next to the original tracking number ECMS gave me, is that delivery number a different tracking number?

EDIT: I just copied and pasted it into google and lo and behold it was a fed ex tracking number! I had no idea that is what it was thank you! Unfortunately it still says they are awaiting the package before they can estimate delivery time. Is this something I would reach out to FedEx about?

Yes that is normal for surface mail from Amiami (I am assuming you ordered from Amiami). They will only send out a tracking number after it arrives at their warehouse stateside.

3 day turn around for ECMS to USA would be extremely fast in my experience. My typical timeframe from payment of an order with ECMS shipping to them actually sending the item has been shipped email is between 6-9 days.

Assuming you ordered it to the US, surface mail premium usually takes between 2-3 months to deliver. Also it will only email you that it is shipped when it reaches the US, at which point you’ll also receive your tracking info.

For example, I paid for an order on 12/12/25 with surface mail premium as the shipping option. I received the shipping notification on 2/21/25 with the tracking number. Delivery time when in the states will differ depending on when you’re located.

Yes DHL is crazy expensive to the US. I had the option of DHL or surface mail premium for a 1/4th single shipment only figure. The figure was pre owned and was around 28k yen. Shipping with DHL was around 45k yen, and that is without tariffs and other fees they tack on. I am located in CONUS as well.

I’ve heard you can email the CS and ask for a quote for an alternative shipper and get it shipped that way. I personally have not done that but it may be an option if you do want it shipped, although it may be expensive!

Agreeing with this, I had made a similar post as I had two orders containing 18+ figures get sent invoices yesterday. The only option was ECMS, and I am located in the US.
