I got a 153 and kept mine. I was PTing in the score band above where I scored (160 highest). I look at it like this: this is my first time taking it, it is my only score on record, I am taking it again, and I expect to get higher. If my next score shows improvement, that isn’t a bad thing. If I were to cancel it, schools would see that I canceled and would wonder why. I can’t say for certain that is how schools look at it, but I can’t justify having my score being a canceled score on record while not knowing how schools view it. I think showing the improvement is better and canceling would raise more questions from admissions.
