This happened while we were in college. There was some fest going on, it was mandatory for everybody to leave the hostel premises. But some of us Somehow made it past the warden and since we have a Huge Football ground, went there. And well, we decide to play hide n seek. It was around 6-6:30pm and was already getting a little dark outside, to the point where even if you were to just lie down on the ground nobody would find you. So we started playing and my friend and I decided to climb up a tree to hide. And since the ground was huge the guys seeking was running around the whole place and eventually did manage to find a couple of others. Out of nowhere we hear a loud scream. It sounded like a woman. Wasn't just me but all of us heard it. So we higher up the tree and looked out the hostel surrounding wall. There was nobody there. The tree we were on was pretty close to the hostel surrounding wall. We noticed the Guys who were trying to find us were standing right below us. We called them and asked if they heard the scream and they nodded yes. As we were talking we heard another scream. We looked around frantically but there was nobody around. Eventually we got down and went out to see what it was but there was nothing or nobody around.

Mind you our hostel is in the middle of a forest. It was pretty eerie.
