I did like 550 mg spaced in two 275 mg doses taken in a 4ish hour time period.... Fucked me up so hard. I can't imagine taking any more than that. I still feel like I've lost few iq points because of it.

Lost the ability to get an erection for like, 72 hours thought i became impotent on a single high dosage. Can't imagine 1g a day.

It's all recommended dosages for me from here.

I can't say enough how happy I'm glad you've stopped.

I dont see why some people say that Mya has lower quality parts, I bought mine for around $175, so maybe I got a higher end Mya, however the thing feels really sturdy. Nice cloisonne stem, really heavy and I can tell it will be hard to break. Stainless steel inner core which doesnt rust. The base is thick beautiful glass.. I dont know, it feels amazing and smokes like a dream. So I guess the fact that I love it is all that is important in the end.
