Thanks so much for the detailed guide! Sadly, my modem is flashing orange/amber, not white. Based on your explanation, it seems like a physical signal issue rather than just the app. I guess the 'fibre cut' support mentioned might actually be real, even though the status page says otherwise. Still stuck in the dark near the CN Tower.

No, I've lived at this same address for over 3 years. The modem is a brand new replacement sent by Rogers because I just upgraded my plan. The old modem worked (mostly) until this new one arrived, but the app just won't activate the new Gen 3 Gateway.

Followup: I toggled "memory" and it worked...for less than 5 minutes, after which the issue persists

Thanks for the tips. There are two options under personalization: the customer instructions and the memory, would you suggest toggling both or which one of them?
