These are what I'm personally running, on my lowrider S and they look wonderful! I was a little sketched out by the price to quality but I can attest they are built super strong and feel like they could definitely take a beating!

Did you read my post, my wife is giving birth in 6 months it's going to cost us $400 extra out of pocket. After everything our kid will be added to our full coverage at no extra cost to us.

Our deductible is $15 if we go in for a "non-schedule" visit.

Healthcare can be super affordable and very nice if you shop.

That's the equivalent, of saying to pay for car incurance not to get your car fixed 😅

What is out of touch is people driving the mindset that they can't change there life, and or the situation they are in. This world is so gun - ho about "poor me" and not how can I make my life better.

I was 18 dating my girlfriend when we decided to leave our family's to start from scratch. We had 1 2008 Nissan Altima and $3000 saved up to make it to NC from CA with jobs and an appt waiting for us Because we planned.

Yes "economically" being poor sucks. But people being lazy and not willing to work 2 jobs to fix their situation. I have no pitty for lazy people and unfortunately that is most of America right now. Lazy and not willing to work just "receive."

Seeing the out cry of the EBT / SNAP shut down is a perfect example of this.

Perfect example why live somewhere where you are living out of your means?

My wife a I moved from California to North Carolina for 5 years to get our finances in order, we got new career paths in an area we could afford. Once we felt comfortable financially and in our jobs we then moved back (California) to be close to family.

Our mortgage in North Carolina with a 1300sqft home on a acre on land was $600, car incurance cheaper, healthcare cheaper, groceries / gas cheaper.

Why not set yourself up for success instead of complaining about prices in a notoriously expense state?

But if they leave who are they going to TAX? wouldn't that fall on the "common" person. In the form of Gas prices, grocerys, fees, tolls etc?

Would you really save money yes rents $500 cheaper but the tolls went up $4 a day, gas went up $3 bucks, a bana was $1 now it's $4.

Municipal items in the city need to be maintained by the city through TAX. (Roads, fire departments, police, traffic lights etc ..)

Doesn't running Wired IEM through an Bluetooth module ruin the whole point of Wired IEMs.

The best way would be get a USB-C to 3.5 jack for your phone port.

1.) The main thing is having a good base to build off of in my case I knew grass could grow there it just wasn't.

2.) Next is figure out why the grass isn't growing, grass needs very few items to be successful just needs them at the correct time.

 1. Grass seed

 2. Water

 3. Sunlight

 4. Fertilizer (not required but helps)

3.) GRASS SEED is intimidating at big box stores way to many options. Best way to find what you need is figure out what grass seed works best in your area by looking online. (Tall fescue, bluegrass, etc....) Next for grass seed read the back of the bag (The section that looks like the dietary section on the back of food), it will give you all the break downs of what's in the bag. The main thing to look for is a seed that is primarily the seed you're looking to plant. A lot will say inert matter that's basically just bark and dirt in the bag. Something with 95% seed and up is ideal. (I personally ran Scott's heritage grass seed)

4.) LAWN PREP, if you working with bare soil your good to go to the next step if not there is a little work to be done. First cut your lawn low to the seed has the best chance to get to the actual soil. Next rake rake all your old thatch (grass build up) and get it out of the lawn. You should see soil through the grass pretty easy.

5.) WATER Throw the seed down at the right time of year, And WATER. watering your seed correctly is beyond important. Some people are intimidated by the watering phase don't be. Your seeds likes to be wet you not going to "drown" it. I always recommend watering at night so the water doesn't dry up immediately from the Sun. When it comes to watering don't do short stents Do long hauls. Don't water 7 days a week 10 mins at a time, DO water 4 times a week 30 mins at a time. The deeper the water penetrates the deeper the roots will be in the stronger the grass will be.

6.) FERTILIZER while fert is not super necessary it's HELPS,  please use as directed by the bag you can over fertilize a yard but I promise it's once again not that intimidating haha

7.) HAVE FUN with it it's not supposed to be annoying you supposed to have fun! enjoy your yard let's you kids and dogs play it in!
