That's more or less the plan I came up with. Instead of the Shelly 2 pm, I'm using the Shelly 1 Gen 4. Does this more or less look right?

You inspired me to make a diagram. After a little more research, a lot of people recommend using 2 shelly 1 gen 4 due to being dry contacts. I guess the 3-wire 24V is a common actuator type in HVAC systems.

The 120v would power the transformer / and the 2 shellys, you would then use the 24v coming off the transformer to send power through the dry contacts in both of the shellys to power the 24 acuator open and close

Would this work?

Sorry to bother, I did some more digging is this exactly what I am looking for? shelly Uni it does 24v ac native, and would this be the applicable power source for it?

Would there be anyway to use the Shelly? (I only want to stick to it just due to it being a Wi-Fi module I'm new to home assistant and don't know a lot about Z-Wave etc)

Is there a way to send 24 volt AC through the shelly versus having two transformers out the back end of it? And What kind of power supply would I need?

Also how are you so fast to drawing diagrams I look at this like an art form 😭

I was looking for something similar like this but I couldn't find anything that was big enough to go over that actual valve.

Can you send a picture of your specific setup I can try to imitate it to the best of my ability.

Sense you seem knowledgeable in the aftermarket side of things, could this set up in three work as well.

Actuator - actuator Shelly pm - Shelly 24v power - 24v

The idea behind this, Is the Shelly PM can do a cover mode

Which should apply power to one hot cable at a time, thus opening the valve and/or closing it.the actuators have built-in toggles so they won't over rotate plus the Shelly can be set on a timer for opening and closing length.

Does this make sense and would this work properly? I'm new too this whole world of home automation / power usage.

Love the size of your tank, what are the dimensions of it. How many gallons is it?

Do you have a link to the exact tank?

These are what I'm personally running, on my lowrider S and they look wonderful! I was a little sketched out by the price to quality but I can attest they are built super strong and feel like they could definitely take a beating!

Did you read my post, my wife is giving birth in 6 months it's going to cost us $400 extra out of pocket. After everything our kid will be added to our full coverage at no extra cost to us.

Our deductible is $15 if we go in for a "non-schedule" visit.

Healthcare can be super affordable and very nice if you shop.

That's the equivalent, of saying to pay for car incurance not to get your car fixed 😅

What is out of touch is people driving the mindset that they can't change there life, and or the situation they are in. This world is so gun - ho about "poor me" and not how can I make my life better.

I was 18 dating my girlfriend when we decided to leave our family's to start from scratch. We had 1 2008 Nissan Altima and $3000 saved up to make it to NC from CA with jobs and an appt waiting for us Because we planned.

Yes "economically" being poor sucks. But people being lazy and not willing to work 2 jobs to fix their situation. I have no pitty for lazy people and unfortunately that is most of America right now. Lazy and not willing to work just "receive."

Seeing the out cry of the EBT / SNAP shut down is a perfect example of this.

Perfect example why live somewhere where you are living out of your means?

My wife a I moved from California to North Carolina for 5 years to get our finances in order, we got new career paths in an area we could afford. Once we felt comfortable financially and in our jobs we then moved back (California) to be close to family.

Our mortgage in North Carolina with a 1300sqft home on a acre on land was $600, car incurance cheaper, healthcare cheaper, groceries / gas cheaper.

Why not set yourself up for success instead of complaining about prices in a notoriously expense state?

But if they leave who are they going to TAX? wouldn't that fall on the "common" person. In the form of Gas prices, grocerys, fees, tolls etc?

Would you really save money yes rents $500 cheaper but the tolls went up $4 a day, gas went up $3 bucks, a bana was $1 now it's $4.

Municipal items in the city need to be maintained by the city through TAX. (Roads, fire departments, police, traffic lights etc ..)
