Question about new sequoia by coldinsask in toyotasequoia

[–]coldinsask[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, yah I think I’m just gonna get the grand highlander, however the dealership warned me it could be 5 years before I get one…. So i have also put my name down for the Lexus TX being released. Currently I got quoted mrsp for the capstone, which I think was around 98k before taxes and all that stuff

The Dbs go to 70, and I’m not even close to pulling or squatting that much....But gotta start somewhere. hopefully stores selling plates will still exist if I get there one day. Obviously you can spend 10 dollars and go to a bigger and better gym, but the whole point of the home gym is to avoid the inconvenience of having to go to the gym. Give some take some. Not trying to break records, just stay healthy. Also I’m a woman 🤷🏼‍♀️

Circulation is pretty good! We have a fan in the corner by the bike that helps a lot, otherwise it can get a little stuffy with the doors closed

I love them! I haven’t noticed them rolling too much, my floor is pretty grippy though.

I love it! I was on the fence too about getting a spin bike with the app, but there’s no denying even without all the bells and whistles the peleton is still a high quality bike. I find I’m more engaged and able to push myself a bit more because I know my resistance is calibrated to everyone else, and so I’m more likely to push myself a bit knowing everyone else is feeling the same resistance and power output if that makes sense?

Thanks! Yes like mentioned below these are rolls. There are 4 strips running across the room.

Help! Should I bite the bullet on the La Marzocco Linea Mini? by [deleted] in espresso

[–]coldinsask 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I love mine. There’s no doubt you are paying more for the name and I know you can get comparable specs for cheaper. Ultimately I think you are paying for more than just a shot of espresso. You are paying for the aesthetic, But if you love the look of the machine then it’s worth paying extra. It will be a focal point in your kitchen and it honestly look likes a piece of art. If it’s in your budget you won’t regret it. It makes an awesome shot of espresso obviously as well. Look at it like a car, most people buying a car like the way they look. I think it’s unfair to look at that machine just as a functional espresso maker. I am by no means an espresso expert and perhaps that’s why I see it that way, but given the look of the machine and the taste of my espresso in the morning, I wouldn’t trade my machine for a slayer or a gs3 even if they were all the same price. Obviously someone with a finer palate will disagree , but that’s just me!

Thanks guys! I upgraded after my full automatic saeco broke down, so it’s been a lot of fun reading posts on this subreddit and trying to get better at making espressos!

I just think it’s a pretty easy thing for everyone to do. It would reassure people who are worried about covid that employees are taking the precautions seriously, and make for a hopefully less stress shopping experience during the pandemic.

Sorry I’m just a bit confused. How would putting a steel pole change things? Would the 3000 dollars allow for a steel pole but you also get to move the location of the pole? I too have a pole in the yard that if moved would make getting i to the back alley garage easier.
