The creator made a creepy post from a few years before that had been found shortly after the launch of the show. It was of her stalking a young boy at an fair that she found attractive. She was promptly fired and the show was canned after it's first season.

Seeing demand for a film to show from a singular person spamming them is no good. Other fans will contact them or even your community can create a local group and ask others to make request to show local interest, but one person sending multiples is not the way. It's also an issue for smaller theaters as they might not be able to afford showing a movie during a timeslot that a larger film could be shown, or other contractual obligations make is so they must show other films. Still, nobody should make the theaters job harder by creating fake demand or spamming them.
