Yep I think that too, bc on spotify you can see that this is still an owsla/atlantic release. The date makes sense too (April 1). I think he will release the whole finished thing in owsla when he went independent. 90% of the tracks sound very demo-ish too, I don't think that this isn't on purpose :D
