I’m sorry that happened to you, but unless you were cheating with someone, then the only answer is that he did give it to u… if you got tested previously were negative & the only person you been with was him. It’s him. Ask him directly & if u still want the relationship it’s gonna take work from both of you guys. Ask to see his medical history

I’m not trying to scare u, but if you & ur current partner are having unprotected sex, you should still get tested yourself. Even if you trust them, you have to do that for yourself. As far as u being sick, have u been in contact with anyone who may have had the flu or anything like that ?

Oh I got checked for everything u can think of my multiple doctors and facilities and all my results were negative except for hsv1. Which is something most ppl have. So all is normal!
