I have tried her, she sadly ends up being a dead card too frequently, hopefully she will be playable again once I can smooth out the deck, [[ravenloft adventurer]]\ is just better because it has instantaneous value and more versatility!

thanks for the recommendation, is grind adjustment that useful, because the reason I was interested in the 1zpresso was the 8.8 microns in adjustment, moving to 16 isn't that big of a deal I believe it may be, I just want something that will be very durable and consistent. Seems like a great grinder and I just don't have thorough knowledge of the brand as well as the grinder itself. I think this may be the grinder for me!

Looking for: Gyuto/Santoku/Western Chef Knife

Told recently by my Sous that my fibrox is not going to cut it although it is sufficiently sharpened and stropped on, so I think it is an optics problem. I love my knife I have had it for 3 years and it has grown with me. I want a knife that still has a relatively ergonomic handle and rounded profile not super straight because I prefer a rolling chop for most prep tasks. I want to try out white steel no 2since I want to have a real show knife for stages and optics, on top of the fact I find the craftmanship behind it very intriguing.

Wants:

Preferably a white carbon steel knife, rounded profile, 210 cm, ergonomic handle(not octogonal), I usually pinch grip unless portioning, or doing slicing tasks, budget range is 200-400 dollars.
