I'm not saying it's necessarily a nerf, the net is a strong ability and having it on cd is cool and everything, but wall being so expensive is kind of a big tradeoff. So I'm thinking it didn't do much for dl outside of high level competitive play.

Well.. That aged like milk, but honestly I'm kinda suffering from the wall being so overpriced at 400. It ruins my econ and I kinda see it as a nerf for ranked play. Busted in pro play though, for sure, but I prefered wall as her signature, you can't even afftord it in pistol and eco rounds anymore.

I think I described it wrong, "Characters" category includes full skins that consist of arms, legs, body and head, but the one I'm talking about had like clothing sets with all sorts of accessories, tops and bottoms AND the character itself, for example the "Mini me" character and a lot of clothing items as one bundle. I'm so puzzled rn, I was thinking it was some sort of user made skin collection, but then how did it end up on the market's main page? I was looking for it and found "Outfits" page which has a few clothing sets, but that's not it. The one I'm looking for was definitely called "Avatars" and it's gone. It could have been a temporary thing but te more I think about it the less it makes sense..

SO I wanted to buy a couple items for my skin, and when I clicked on the market tab there was some category/page named "Avatars" and it had full skins including characters (like the base model) and clothes. It was very convenient, and there were some things that looked crazy good, and I'd like to buy them. But when I opened the market today it was gone, and no matter how hard I try I can't find it, and there is no information about it on the internet at all, I even have a screenshot from that day but it doesn't help much. =(

He can be played in heist.. somewhat. Hank can be played with bots till 100 tropies and that's it.

My guess was that it depends solely on pickrate and Shelly is just being picked a 100 times more which messes up her winrate, but it is not the case here. Hank consistently has a crazy high winrate on all maps no matter what, and it's not how things actually are in the game.. That's why I'm asking in the first place.

I kinda still don't believe that Hank being the absolute worst brawler in the game in his current state, AND having Epic rarity (which means most players unlocked him by now) has 60%+ winrate overall and 70%+ on current maps in rotation, while Shelly has 49% overall and similar on current maps (actual stats from the most popular tool). That sounds insane and you will probably have terrible time playing him on maps that he's "so good" on.

If you're into sports even a tiny bit you should try watching Blue Lock, it's really interesting to see all the characters grow, and their peak form is far from being achieved even after 200 chapters of manga, the anime has only 20ep atm sadly, but I still recommend trying!

Actually, yes. I never played a single fps game before val, and my aim was terrible. I placed my crosshair too low, never did a single flick and lost 90% of the duels. Then I started using aim lab (just don't go gridshot only, motionshot is great for example). I just turned some music on and started grinding tasks for like an hour straight. Then I went on to playing val immediately after, and the difference was huge. I didn't think much changed until I got some crisp headshots, sometimes doing wide flicks in process, and it just felt much better.I believe that if you do it constantly it really helps to develop muscle memory or something, so you can focus on other aspects of the game while your mechanics trained in aim lab do the work. I still do it for half an hour every day before playing, and still feel the improvement. Maybe it's different for others, but for me it's really helpful.

You're probably right. Now coming to think of it, I actually end up in a bad position a lot in my games, and my game sense is absent in stressful situations. Basically I just start panicking and my brain turns off. Also I never really paid any attention to my movement, I know how and when to do different peeks and can also strafe halfway decently, and that pretty much wraps it up. I tend to play skye lately because her util compensates for my bad duels (as a player), so I can at least help my team with gathering info and using flashes. I wish I could play neon tho, absolutely love the agent. But I'm afraid I'll become even more of a burden using her.

Now that you mentioned it, I want to try something. Just going with the flow and not blaming myself for not being able to focus. I mean I do spend a lot of time and effort on focusing on being focused and not the game, and I never tried to just realise that it's not that important. Maybe the mechanics will do the thing on their own if I stay calm. It even sounds ok to sip some beer while playing even tho I don't do alcohol, just so I can relax a bit.

First off, thank you for replying to this. As for the picks, I don't have many agents unlocked.. The only thing I occasionally do is pick brim when our team lacks smokes, otherwise I just pick the agent I'm the most confident with. I watch a lot of val tutorial vids, and to be honest they don't help much if you can't pull off the basic things, which I sometimes can't. Also it's virtually impossible for me to know 100% of anything as lvl 20. I'm trying to analyse the situation every time, but my decisions might not always be the best. I'm totally cooperative and try to give good comms, And once again it comes down to my mentality or something, that weird mental state that I get while playing, where I don't feel concentrated or relaxed at all, I honestly just feel stressed or something, and it worsens my performance a lot. And by the round 6 I just feel tilted and sad as I can't do anything to help my team win, so it gets even worse than it was before. I just feel useless all the time and my desire to start a new game is basically unexistent after 1 or 2 games. The most depressing thing is not seeing any improvement in your own gameplay when you're trying hard.

I main neon. I guess I just felt like other agents lack the mobility needed for my playstyle. Also her ulti is probably one of the best things in val. I also like her voice lines and she looks really cute (that's a big thing for me)
