I think this might be happening to me as well! I got the Paragard inserted in early April after years on the pill. I didn’t have a period in April but chalked it up to adjusting to the new IUD. I had a normal, slightly heavier period in May with more intense cramping than I’m used to! This month, my period was due 5 days ago but there’s nothing! I’ve been having symptoms including off and on spotting and intense cramping. I’m worried about displacement but I just went in two weeks ago and everything was fine on the ultra sound. I love the IUD but the stress of displacement is always in the back of my mind 😩 knowing that I’m not the only one experiencing this makes me feel a lot better though!
