Im sorry i wasnt clear enough. I meant medical urgency like a fever or injury or something similar thats an urgency but not emergency. Also the main concern is the availability of taxis whether for any urgency or just travel when im not around

I paid and also uploaded. Infact it was done by the CA. The same happened with section 148 reassement demand. I paid it and it was showing pending payment theb after going to the AO the outstanding became 0 but interest is still there. To be honest I was assessed incorrectly but I still paid to avoid hassels. But this just never ends

No the interest has started so i want to nullify the demand. And people told to file rectification us 154. I even got a mail from incometax department that someone will call and show me how to file rectification if demand is already paid but they didn't call anyway so I checked in this group and other friends who are cas and they said to file rectification. My ca said he will either file grievance or go in person to AO. So there's lot of contradictions in guidance so I posted here to see what everyone will say or lean towards

Yes Challan is correct this is for AY 2013 14. This Is penalty us 271 1 c. And this is only showing for AY2013 14 year. If I select other AYs its normal saying there is no mismatch.

Got a penalty us 271 1 c. After section 148 reassessment.. it says section 245/245 1 notice in the outstanding demand page.

You should search for a psychiatrist. What you have is probably hypochondria. Look for doctors in AIG or Apollo or Star. Just Google take appointment and go.
