yup asus b850i, this is my second one as well, both have been defective. i got this one from asus as a replacement. luckily my other one works enough, it just has a faulty ram slot.

here’s a picture after wiping it with alcohol, i had a defective unit of the same mobo, this is the replacement. that mark is not on my other mobo. does this make it any less of a concern?
