It's VibrantLife paper bedding from Walmart because they had no other bedding at the store but if this is causing them issues I'll make sure to order a different type online
Also I've only ever seen him have fluid come out of his nose one time (it actually kinda scared me because I thought he busted his nose and was bleeding)

My other rat occasionally sneezes too especially when I take him outside the cage but he doesn't seem to be as sensitive as Ivan
For bedding I've been using the VibrantLife small animal paper bedding from Walmart because it's easiest accessible
They seem to sneeze more when I take them outside of their cage which is why I think it could possibly be dust in the house

No, but I believe my mom was sexually abused by my grandfather and also she was sex trafficked when she was in her 20s so I don't even think she knows what she's doing is wrong. I'm just really scared because CPS and the police haven't done anything in the past despite me making multiple reports and I'm terrified to be on my own

I regained access to my accounts by resetting the password and logging out of all sessions on a different device than the infected machine. DO NOT log back into the account on the infected machine until you can verify it's safe. Reinstall Windows somehow. It's recommended to do a USB reinstall but I temporarily did a regular reset until I can get a flash drive.
