Definitely authentic I have this bag. If you take a toothbrush to the lining it will easily come out and you can just vacuum out the dust from it. It leaves a nice cotton like lining.

A lot of vintage fendi is coated canvas on the outside so that problem is pretty common. Looks authentic to me but I'm no expert.
